WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23
Day 1 - Moving from Doing to Being
16:00 - 18:00 Slow arrival, welcome infusion of Jizera herbs, accommodation.
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM "Slow Food" Dinner. Warming vegetarian dishes made with local produce.
19:00 - 20:00 Bonfire and discussion of the program - intention for the trip, distribution of materials, short breathing exercises.
20:00 - 21:00 Yoga nidra - evening meditation, blankets, mats.
22:00 Night silence.
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24
Day 2 - Regulation through nature and breath
6:00 - 8:00 Morning kundalini yoga practice - pranayama, asanas, meditation, mantras (sadhana).
8:00 - 9:00 A leisurely breakfast without rushing (sourdough bread, local cheeses and preserves).
9:30 - 12:30 Workshop with a psychotherapist: How does the nervous system work under chronic stress? Breathing session.
14:00 - 15:00 Lunch
15:30 - 18:00 Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). A mindful walk through the soft Jizera moss. Absorbing the forest with all your senses.
18:00 - 19:00 Dinner.
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Preparation for the day of meditation, a lecture on meditation, techniques, types, effects over time (minutes and days), stages and states. Pranayama for good sleep, health and safety during meditation, and an introduction to the following day, "Silent Day."
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25
Day 3 - Silent Day
6:00 - 8:00 Morning kundalini yoga practice - pranayama, asanas, meditation, mantras (sadhana).
8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast.
9:00 - 9:50 Guided meditation - 22 minutes and 20 minutes rest.
10:00 - 11:20 Kirtan Kriya mantra meditation - 62m + relaxation 11m.
11:30 - 12:20 Silent meditation 31m + 11m relaxation.
12:30 - 13:00 Dance meditation.
13:00 - 14:30 Lunch and breathwalk in pairs in the forest.
14:30 - 16:00 Free time.
16:00 - 18:00 Meditation in action - making natural jewelry, talismans.
18:00 - 19:00 Dinner.
19:00 - 21:00 Bowls and gongs concert, watching the sunset.
22:00 Night silence.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26
Day 4 - Trekking & Celebration of Nature
6:00 - 8:00 Morning kundalini yoga practice - pranayama, asanas, meditation, mantras (sadhana).
8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast.
9:30 - 10:00 Bus to the Jakuszyce Glade.
10:00 - 12:00 Trekking to the mountaineers' hut with a guide - legends about the Jizera Mountains.
12:00 - 13:30 Rest, pancakes, conversations, breathing session.
13:30 - 15:30 Descent.
15:30 - 16:00 Transfer to the Valley of Harmony.
16:00 - 18:00 Free time, sauna, Russian banya.
18:00 - 19:00 Dinner.
20:00 - 22:00 Ecstatic Dance, bonfire, conversations, stargazing.
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27
Day 5 - Mindfulness in the forest & cooking workshops
6:00 - 8:00 Morning kundalini yoga practice - pranayama, asanas, meditation, mantras (sadhana).
8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast.
9:30 - 12:30 Shinrin-yoku and collecting edible products for workshops.
12:30 - 14:00 Cooking and dinner in the forest. Process summary: how to take this state into everyday life/if it rains in the kitchen in Harmony Valley.
14:00 - 15:00 Departure of participants, farewell.
